Perfect Vision Women Tanzania is a non-profit organization committed to empowering women and girls in Arusha, Tanzania. Our story is rooted in both heartbreak and hope—born from the vision of the late Mama Happy, a courageous woman who transformed her pain into purpose.
In 2019, Mama Happy founded the organization after surviving immense personal challenges. She dreamed of creating a safe and supportive space where women and girls could openly share their experiences, access life-changing opportunities, and find strength in community.
After her sudden passing, her daughter Editha Faustine made a bold and selfless decision to leave her job and carry forward her mother’s mission. Since 2021, she has led the organization with passion and dedication—expanding the reach and honoring her mother’s powerful legacy.
Today, Perfect Vision Women Tanzania is a growing movement of hope, healing, and transformation—driven by the belief that every woman and girl deserves the chance to thrive.
To empower women and girls in Tanzania by creating access to education, health, economic opportunities, and safe spaces—enabling them to break cycles of poverty, inequality, and violence.
A just and inclusive society where all women and girls live with dignity, freedom, and the opportunity to realize their full potential.
Compassion – We listen, care, and act with empathy.

At Perfect Vision Women Tanzania, we turn vision into action through two core programs:

Providing tools for starting and managing small businesses, including financial literacy.

2. Outreach Program
Our outreach work brings vital support directly to communities through education, advocacy, and humanitarian care.
Health Promotion and Empowerment
